My Name is Nodjigoto, Charbonnel, I have eighteen (18) years’ experience campaigning against the use of torture and supporting victims of human rights violation as well as victims of sexual violence against women in the community. I am Founder and Executive Director of human rights organization based in Chad, Central Africa Region. My organisation promote human rights, peace, and non-violence in the community and also provides free of charge medical, psychosocial and legal support to victims of Human rights violation, refugees, IDPs, women victims of sexual violence, abandoned children; and also runs programmes focusing on the empowerment of women to fight against inequalities, discrimination, poverty and harmful traditional practices such as female genital mutilation (FGM). My inspiration for human rights work come from long period behind when I was child, I start to read new paper about Martin Luther King and Mahatta Gandhi, and when I grew up at secondary school , I started thinking to how reach my goal which is to apply Non-violence as active voice of voiceless. My inspiration came from Gandhi and Martin Luther King, since student I started read everything new papers talking about their action and their vision.
