I am Dr. Karen Ohanjanyan, coordinator of Nagorno-Karabakh Committee of “Helsinki Initiatove-92”. I establishes first human rights organization in Sauth Caucasus just in days when during the war between Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh started killings of civilians in February 1992. I publicly apologized in front of Azeri people for violence against civilans and started process of reconciliation between Armenians and Azerbaijanis. Since 1992 to 1995 relised more than 500 POW and hostages. Together with my Azeri and Armenian colleguas cross-border campain with aim to creat detant from bellow.
